Programme for the next few weeks

31st August to 11th September
Exhibition of members’ prints in Henley Library.
Tuesday 14th September
Welcome back to the Henley YMCA hall. A preview of the new year’s programme and an audiovisual review of last season.
Members should bring along their images for assessment next week.
Tuesday 21st September
Projected images assessment. Members may submit up to five images for discussion by other Club members.
Members should bring along their prints for assessment next week.
Tuesday 28th September
Print assessment. Members may submit up to five prints for discussion by other Club members.
Wednesday 29th September
Digital AV Group meeting at Maurice Tate Hall, Townlands Hospital
Thursday 30th September
Author/photographer Clive Limpkin will talk about his book on India. The event is part of Henley Literary Festival and will be held at Lovibonds.
The main summer project is to visit and photograph Lacock.
There will be three competitions, judged by members, using images taken at Lacock in 2010:
A panel of five prints. A portfolio of five digital images, with the winner decided by the combined scores. An audiovisual sequence, maximum length four minutes.
Henley Photographic Club members are also urged to photograph Marlow throughout the year. Selected images will be shown at the joint meeting with Marlow in February 2011. While Marlow Camera Club members will show their images of Henley.
