Competition Rules -
Eligibility to Enter: Only paid up members may enter Club competitions, which are divided into novice, intermediate and advanced sections.
Number of entries: For the Club Competition each member may enter up to three projected images and/or prints in each competition. For individual projected image and print battles, five entries are normally required.
Projected images: There are two categories in this classification that are grouped as one. 1). Digital projected images. 2). 35mm slides.
Audiovisual competition: Audiovisual presentations for this competition must run autonomously. Each Club member may submit one entry.
Annual Awards: Trophies are awarded for the best overall performance in prints and
projected images at each level in the Club Competition and there are other trophies
for one-

Photographer of the Year/ Intermediate Cup/Novice of the Year The highest aggregate score in the Club Competition print and projected images sections in the Advanced/Intermediate/Novice section.
Print Cup/Projected Image Cup The highest aggregate score in the Club Competition print/projected images sections in the Advanced/Intermediate/ Novice section.
Bushell Shield Awarded to the author of the best black and white print in this single competition.
Agar trophy Awarded to the author of the best print in a set subject.
Natural History Cup Awarded to the author of the best natural history projected image in this single competition.
CoLab Trophy/Projected Images Cup Awarded to the winner of a single biannual print/projected images battle between members based on aggregate scores.
Print of the Year Awarded to the author of the best print in an open category.
Audiovisual Awarded to the author of the winning audiovisual presentation.
President’s Cup Awarded by the President to the Club member who has contributed most to the Club in the last year.
